Preparing students for college and career
Technology is an integral part of 21st century careers and society. Students will have access to a device for use at home and school to connect to the internet, and view digital course materials and textbooks. Our 1:1 program prepares students for future success by teaching them to be active participants in an increasingly technology-dependent world.
Enhancing our rigorous academic program
The 21st Century Library Media Center is an inviting space that promotes discovery, supports student and staff engagement, and encourages a lifelong love for reading and learning. Library staff curate a variety of resources to support the curriculum, reflect student interests and echo the needs of our school community. It is our goal that students become powerful information users, researchers, and creators
Above and beyond academics
Social-emotional development is critical for students to understand empathy, establish and maintain positive relationships, make responsible decisions and manage emotions. At Addams we believe that all students should feel safe and celebrated, and we support social-emotional learning through programs that prevent bullying, teach conflict mediation and build a positive school culture.
